Attention parents of incoming 7th graders:
It is very important over the summer months that you contact your doctor's office to schedule an appointment for your child to receive the vaccines that are required for each grade level listed below. If you think your child may have had these vaccines already you may want to just double check with your doctor's office to make sure. Students who do not have required vaccinations listed below will be excluded from school until the school receives proof of the vaccines from the doctor's office. The doctor's office may fax to 814-897-2410, attention school nurse. Please try and schedule a visit ASAP as appointments book quickly and there is usually a waiting period. Reminder letters have also been sent to all families.
