Isabel Moser was ranked 9th in the entire region on French Horn. Region Band took place at Marion Center High School in Indiana, PA. The guest conductor was Dr. Nathaniel Cheever, from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. Isabel commented "I enjoyed Region Band so much! Getting the chance to perform with over one-hundred other students is an absolute unforgettable experience. Not to mention that we get to stay in a hotel and they always have really challenging and amazing music. The people here are so nice too, my roommates were amazing. I made so many memories at the festival.“
