Iroquois Jr./Sr. High School students had a big day at the Speech and Debate National Qualifying Tournament that was held virtually on Saturday, March 6th. Three Iroquois students qualified for the National Speech and Debate Tournament, which will be held virtually later this school year.
In Declamation, Savannah Nelson placed 2nd
In Original Oratory, Austin Gomolekoff placed 2nd.
In Dramatic Performance, Rory Brady placed 1st. He was also awarded the Season Champion for the 2020-2021 season.
Additionally, the Iroquois Team brought home the Interpretive Speech Sweepstakes Championship.
